It was just Gracie, Ryan, Grandpa Rocky and me this year. Grandma Lin broke her ankle, so she couldn't come. Maddie decided to stay with Grandma and help her out. They went shopping and Maddie got to push her in the wheelchair and help her with everything. She was very patient and a great help to Grandma. They had a good time. We almost got "ice bite" as Gracie calls it. It was a clear, beautiful winter day...with a temperature of about 20 degrees. Gracie and I lasted maybe a total of 15 minutes out of the truck. The snow was so sparkly and glitteringly pretty, just like a fairytale. Gracie is so cute in her snow clothes and red cheeks. Don't you love her giant gloves? She does NOT like to be cold though!
